The total mark is 100. It’s a written test (listening test is included).
2. 生病、且附上醫生證明者能補考。如果學生無法於期中考當天考試，至少需一天以前告訴老師，且在期中考結束後一週以內補考，否則將失去補考機會。
Only the students who are sick and have doctors’ medical excuses can make up the mid-term exam. Students who can’t take mid-term exam on scheduled date need to inform the teacher at least one day before the exam date. By doing so, they can make up the exam within one week. No make-up exam provides if students didn’t inform the teacher in advance.

報告成績 Presentation |

每個人每學期有一次報告。報告時間為8~10分鐘。
Everyone has a presentation, about 8 to 10 minutes.

作業成績 Homework Fourth(4) article |

1. 這學期每個人需交四篇文章。每篇文章字數為800 ~ 1000字。約四星期繳交一篇。文章內容為比較臺灣與貴國文化之差異。請於指定日期內以電子郵件方式繳交。
Students have to write 4 articles (one article every four weeks; one article is 800 ~ 1000 characters, 1.5-spaced in 12-point Times New Roman Font, which is about 1 to 1.5 pages) in Word (.doc or .docx) to show the differences between Taiwan and your country and hand it in via e-mail by the due date, or they will get 0 point for that homework.
2. 作業請按時繳交。遲交的作業，老師不收。若沒繳交，則以零分計算。文章中有任何一段抄襲，整篇以零分計算。
Hand in assignments on time. Late submissions will not be accepted and students will not recieve any points.Plagiarize or copy will get 0 point.

課堂參與與表現 Participation |
20% |
課堂參與度高者可得滿分。若有違反課堂規定之情況，一次扣一分。本課程著重課堂討論和參與以及發表個人意見，上課不參與討論、不積極參與討論、因無預習無法討論者，課堂表現以C開始計分。
Students who participate in classroom activities without doing unrelated things may obtain 100 points. Students will lose one point each time they violate the class rules.
Participating and discussing are very important, the student who doesn’t join the discussion or not positively or because doesn’t preview, the Grade of Participate will get a C grade

課堂出席成績 Attendance |
15% |
1. 缺席時數2小時(含)以下不扣分。3小時以上，每堂課扣出席成績1分。
Students who are absent less than 2 hours (which includes being more than 30 minutes late or leaving over 30 minutes early) will not lose any points. Starting from the 3th hour, students will lose one point for one missed class.
2. 每堂課遲到或早退20分鐘以上，即算缺席一小時。
Being late more than 20 minutes or leaving class over 20 minutes early will be counted as a one-hour absence.
